CASHIER: $11/HR PART-TIME
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
Answer phones to take orders
pack food
Process credit cards and get signatures
Create change for those paying with cash
Closeout the register at the end of the day
Provide customer service
Your job as a cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as a Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
SKILLS:
High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
Restaurant experience (preferred)
Basic math skills
Customer service skills
Friendly disposition and strong work ethic
