Bookkeeper

We are a small interior design firm that is growing and we are looking for an awesome, detail-oriented, Bookkeeping Associate who loves numbers and would like a flexible schedule! We want a team member to grow with us!

We need a technically proficient candidate who has experience with Studio Designer (preferred) and QuickBooks and who loves to continue learning and helping keep our clients on top of their financial results.

Responsibilities

Maintain clients' accounts and manage them in excellence and on time!
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, bookkeeping reports, payroll, and other accounting tasks.
