Candidate must have strong office skills and an understanding of professional policies and procedures. Candidate must be self-motivated and flexible. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Peachtree experience is desirable. This position works with the chief financial officer of a small local and well-established business in the South Bay area. Major job responsibilities include but are not limited to filing, banking, reconciling receipts and other clerical duties as assigned. Must have a valid California driver’s license and willing to travel between two offices.
