Looking for recent graduates looking for a fast-paced job working in an up and coming bar on the West Side of New York. Barbacks will spend days and/or evenings helping the flow of the bar by moving/cleaning/stocking glassware, liquor, wine, and beer, learning to cut/make/refile garnishes, juices, and syrups, and be competitively paid for these duties. Barbacks will also aid in the ringing in of drinks and the cashing out of checks in advanced business situations, calling for quick math skills, swiftness, and the ability to properly handle and manage multiple open tabs/credit cards. The job will teach multitasking, task organization/prioritization, and teamwork, as they will work side by side with bartenders to ensure smooth operation and minimal stress.
