Job Description:
Serving and assisting guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience. Work quietly clearing tables and keeping them clutter free. Oversee food service and replenishing buffet food in a timely fashion to ensure uninterrupted flow for the guests. Cleaning up and resetting space for next event.

Duties: (this list is not all inclusive)
- Serving and bussing tables throughout an event.
- Assisting room prep before events begin.
- Resetting rooms for upcoming events.
- Assist guests, with a smile.

Job Skills and Requirements:
- Guest Service: Communication is key as a banquet server. You will need to listen to the guest’s requests, answer guest's questions, and more. You will need great listening and speaking skills, a friendly demeanor, courteousness and quick reactions.
- Stamina: You will be on your feet for much of your shift and occasionally will have to lift 25-50 pound items.
- Teamwork: Banquet servers are part of a team. You will be working with other servers and the kitchen staff to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
- Cleanliness: Being clean and neat when serving food and drinks will help create a great first impression to your customers. Hair should be pulled back off the shoulder. Facial hair should be neat and trimmed.

Dress Code:
- Black Pants (if the pants have belt loops, you must wear a black belt)
- Black slip resistant shoes
- Appropriate shift for the event (Tiburon will issue you a golf shirt and a Banquet shirt and will distinguish which shirt to wear for the event on your schedule)
Hours of Work and Schedule:
- Part-time bartenders would average 15-30 hours a week and the shifts would include late afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Weekly work schedules are emailed every Wednesday.
