Follow all Cheesecaked’s standards and ensure that you are serving guests the highest quality of products, that you are delivering the best customer experience, and that you are living our mission in every customer interaction.
Constantly communicate with other co-workers, and other departments of Cheesecaked via phone and emails in particular.
Comply with a DOA regulations and Cheesecaked standards when performing cleaning tasks and when preparing food and beverages.
Operate a touchscreen POS, and carefully & efficient handle money transactions.
Relay menu knowledge and company information to customers via phone and in person.
Troubleshoot with any and all product and equipment issues that occur on-site.
Manage time efficiently on shift by following checklists and prompts from previous shifts.
Work closely with the FOH team-members, giving constructive feedback to the team, and always thinking about improvements.
Ensure storefront, FOH and BOH are clean and appealing to guests.
Constantly organize and maintain customer areas and front of house area.
Fully understand and exhibit Cheesecaked ethos, embody our core values and inspire celebration, and create real magic. Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
