Part-Time Audio Visual Technician (Columbia, SC)

*Flexible EVENING Schedule REQUIRED*

MCR Integrated Technologies has served the southeast for over 34 years. We are an Audio-Visual Rental and installation company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are interviewing for permanent part time contractors to deliver and set up audio visual gear for meetings and events in the Columbia, SC area. We provide all of the necessary equipment for all of our events. Contractors must use their own vehicle for deliveries and will receive a mileage reimbursement.

We aspire to deliver expert technical support as well as state of the art audio visual, computer and video conferencing equipment for our customers every time. In turn, we look for contractors that are sharp, dedicated, hardworking and patient representatives of our company. It's important that our team members can think outside of the box to solve problems and that they communicate well with the client and all team members. We are looking for individuals with a professional appearance and demeanor that enjoy what they do.

Our AV Contractors average 7-12 jobs per month depending upon their flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a dependable side hustle with consistent week to week earning opportunities.

Many of our meetings require work between the hours of 4 pm and 10 pm and the majority of our jobs occur Monday through Thursday. However, we do have occasional weekend events. Many of our jobs come in with little advance notice, so a flexible schedule is essential. If you do not have flexibility, this job will not work for you. The number of jobs per month will vary and will be directly related to your on-going availability. Experience with sound, screens, basic computer networking, projection, staging, and recording is a major plus. Please let us know of any related experience certifications or skills that you possess.

We look forward to talking to you!

Thanks!
