The Associate Team Member�s responsibilities include administrative and office: Checking voicemails, returning calls, answering the phone, email correspondence, printing referrals, and packing clothing/hygiene bags to client requests and specifications. Processing, sorting and organizing incoming donations.
Locations:
Downtown location � One Safe Place (background check required). Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
North County location � Your Safe Place (background check required). Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and one Saturday a month from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
College area location (background check required). Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Qualifications:
� High School Diploma or GED
� Previous experience working in retail/customer service is advantageous
� Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while rationally prioritizing tasks is essential
� Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
� Excellent written and oral communication
� Ability to pass a background check
� Bilingual is preferred
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
