Assistant Preschool Teacher
This is a great role for a college student who is studying Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education. All Primrose Schools Curriculum is accredited through Cognia. Your hands on teaching experiences will be many.
We are seeking a part time afternoon/closing teacher for our Preschool located in Vestavia Hills Alabama. The right person will have experience guiding children age two years of age in a group setting. The right person will implement an ongoing program of care and activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning.
Our environment is friendly and supportive. We provide training and support during the on boarding process and beyond.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 6:30pm . This position also has classroom closing duties that include preparing and cleaning up for the next day. This is truly a part time role. We are closed major holidays. This position does not offer morning shift, afternoon only.
