EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Gateway Youth Outreach, Inc. Provides four After-School Programs within the Elmont UFSD. The After-School Programs assist students with their homework, interact in recreational and enrichment activities, and provide a safe, nurturing environment.

HEAD COUNSELORS(18+) and ASSISTANT COUNSELORS (16+): Available at 2:30-6:30pm- Monday through Friday


Two years of direct experience working with school aged children is required.

All Candidates Must:
*Show excellent responsibility
*Ensure safety and well-being of children
*Show Classroom management skills
*Assist students in the completion of the homework and recreational activities
* Applicants must be available Monday-Friday
(HRS. GA. 2:30- 5:30, DB: 2:45- 6:30, CHC 3:15-6:30, CA - 3:30 - 6:30)
Covid-19 vaccinated in order to work with children
Hourly Rate: $20.00
