Our small, fast-growing luggage company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a candidate who is punctual, responsible, motivated, detail-oriented and can work well independently. This is an entry-level position with potential to grow and learn. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities:

Responding to all luggage claims and issues in a timely and professional manner
Follow-up on all correspondence until the issue is resolved
Assist with daily order processing - includes retrieving orders from various portals to printing out the pick lists and shipping labels for our warehouse employees
Administrative duties includes sales order entry and other data entry duties.
Requirements:

Must have great customer service & follow-up skills - should be able to identify the problem a customer is having & help resolve the issue in a timely manner
Computer Skills - should be able to learn to use our company database and is currently familiar with the Internet and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Must have a desire to learn and advance themselves within our company
Must be a Team Player - willing to go the extra mile when needed
Hours would be 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
