Sourland Conservancy
Located in the heart of the most densely populated state in the nation, the 90-square-mile region sequesters carbon and provides fresh air and critical habitat for people and animals - including 57 state-listed, threatened, and endangered species. Streams that begin their journey on the Mountain ?ow into rivers that provide clean drinking water for millions of people in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Resident and migratory birds, ?sh, and other animals rely on the Sourland forest to provide crucial food, shelter, and breeding areas.

Summary of Position: Support a team of dedicated staff and volunteers. In this role, you will have the ability to work with a number of different people and focus areas. This role reports directly to the executive director.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the donor database including recording and inputting data
Run and analyze reports to assess the efficiency of programs
Maintain physical files and virtual files in Google Drive
Work as a cohesive team with bookkeeper and treasurer
Maintain inventory and order supplies and merchandise
Managing merchandise sales
Support the coordination of volunteers
Providing clerical/administrative support to staff
Schedule meetings
Answer phones and outside emails
Create online registration and donation forms
Provide technical support for meetings and events

Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms, adept at using Zoom a plus.
Agile thinker and problem solver
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Strong time management and project management skills
Resourceful, creative, and flexible in navigating needs and priorities
Comfortable interacting with diverse groups
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization

Desirable Skills:
Positive, professional approach, and strong interpersonal skills
Experience with a donor database (i.e. Donor Perfect) and Quickbooks
Record keeping experience
Customer service experience
