West Coast Servicing, Inc., is a small real estate investment firm servicing mortgage loans nationally and managing value-add properties across the Western United States.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can work in our fast paced environment, has strong Quickbooks experience, Excel knowledge and basic accounting skills, with an excellent eye for details and eager to learn quickly.
Daily Tasks will include:
� Enter Invoices into Quickbooks;
? Attorney Invoices, utility Invoices, vendor Invoice, miscellaneous Invoices
� Property management reports; and deposits
� Filing, copying, creating and updating various Excel spreadsheets and reports
� Collecting and organizing documentation for construction loans and projects
� Work directly with contractors and banks to seek reimbursement for draws relating to existing construction loans
