The purpose of this organization is to create opportunities outside the borders of corporate America for the youth, underprivileged and civilians of Chicago, IL. These opportunities will fall in the lines of Entertainment, Fashion, the Arts, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Health & Wellness.

We are looking for a marketing intern to manage and improve social media and fundraising strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and schedule social media content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIN)
Increase social media following across all platforms with organic engagement
Create flyers for upcoming events
Create social media campaigns and editorial content calendars for fundraising
Edit short recap videos of virtual events
Create and publish monthly newsletter for email blast
Perform administrative and other special assigned tasks, periodically
Job Skills:
Must be highly organized
Must be able to easily pivot between working independently to collaborating as a team
Must be able to turn deliverables in by due date
Must be willing to communicate with team members via email and text messaging
Must be social media savvy
Familiarity with Canva, Facebook Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Google Drive, and Project Management Software (ie: Airtable), preferred (willing to train, if not)
Job Requirements:
6 month internship
Must be able to dedicated 8-10 hours per week
Mostly flexible work schedule, will be required to work some evenings
Chicago based preferred, but can be remote (must be present for in-person events, if Chicago based)
