We are looking for a Recruiter/Sales Intern in the Talent Acquisition (TA) space to support our Talent Acquisition Team and eventually grow into a full time, permanent team member after graduation.
Responsibilities
· Assist with sourcing resumes, posting positions, and gathering market data.
. Build client and candidate relationships
. Phone screen candidates and write up submittals to the client(s)
. Assist with social media posts and content, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
. Fill job requisitions for varied clients in multiple industries
· Run reports from various data sources and mesh them into professional, client-ready formats.
. Other duties and projects as assigned
Additional details
· Approximately 10 - 20 hours per week with some flexibility around student’s schedule and based on current projects
· Monday - Friday during normal work hours
Requirements
· Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Sales/Marketing, Human Resources or related field; ideally a student who is in junior or senior standing for the current or upcoming school year
· Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication and “people” skills
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Driven, open-minded, money hungry, and willing to learn
· Ability to work independently or with a team
. Demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality
