Project Manager
Local Home Builder in need of an additional job site superintendent/project manager. Applicant should have experience in residential construction. Management experience is a plus.

� Hands on ability is required
� It is not an overly laborious job but you must be able to fix up an add or end on a site when needed (blocking, small tasks etc)
� Wide range of knowledge in residential construction is required
� Able to create a realistic job schedule for anew construction home from start to finish
� Able to use current technology available to maximize the time in a given day

o Microsoft Excel and Word
o Microsoft Project/scheduling software
� Good at dealing with all types of personalities and managing people, time and money
� Must have experience in the trades. We need you to be able to hit the ground running and be an efficient manager after you are trained in our process.
Job Responsibilities
� Small labor tasks as needed to keep projects moving
� Adjust schedules as needed, check job tasks against the written contract/scope
� Manage subs across several jobs at a time
� Keep jobs going on the sold scope of work and keep subcontractors scheduled efficiently
� Selling and estimating projects is not part of this job
