SEEKING
Part-Time Intern that is creative, outspoken, comfortable working alone and in a team setting all while focusing on marketing strategies in a traditional and non-traditional realm.

DUTIES
Research
Conduct research on TSW�s target audience and market trends to assist the team in planning new campaigns
Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
Assist with regional and national PR and marketing initiatives and create marketing kits for activations
Reviewing and generating reports on company-wide online marketing analytics
Social Media
Contributing to and monitoring the company�s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Research and generate content for social media posts to help optimize digital campaign efforts
Assisting Project Manager with organizing photoshoots for all projects with content creation in mind
Content Marketing
Generating email campaigns, blog posts, press releases, activity articles and SEO-rich product copy
Provide e-Commerce support in product positioning and launches
Other
Assist the team with any projects that move the company forward - we do creative and new things all the time so please stay open to going with the flow.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel), Google Docs and Canva
Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to assist in meeting deadlines
Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
Ability to quickly learn and process information with organization and ease
Bring a positive attitude and creative mindset to the workplace
Ability to lift 25+ pounds and sit/stand depending on the projects needs
Work in an ever-changing creative environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Provide own computer & cell phone (Apple preferred for sharing photos)

COMPENSATION
This is an unpaid position but eligible to receive academic credit if desired
Please pass on whatever information is required from Advisor to earn said credits

HOURS
3 month minimum required (4 months preferred); 20 hours per week
General Office Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, but Tue-Thur is preferred for this position
Optional to work remote for a portion of the time
Our scheduling in general is flexible, we are happy to work around your class schedule
