Wedding + Event Planning Internship (Spring/Summer)

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detailed orientated professional to support a team of wedding + event planners in Denver, Colorado. This position is perfect for the aspiring wedding planner who wants to grow with an already established wedding brand, work on a team + learn more about wedding planning + how to run a business.


Responsibilities:
� Maintain complex calendar for (3) senior planners; scheduling appointments, securing meeting venues, sourcing materials, and preparing meeting agendas for clients and vendors.
� Manage daily office operations, including fielding new client inquiries, on-boarding recently signed clients, and updating existing client files (both physical and digital copies).
� Serve as client and vendor liaison, attentively screening requests, directing to appropriate personnel, and ensuring follow-up action completed in a timely manner.
� Assist with the event design, management, and production of multiple events from conception through completion.
� Prepare and deliver client proposals, design decks, and visual presentations.
� Manage event budgets encompassing client invoicing, vendor payments, tracking costs, and final budget reconciliation.
� Perform basic accounting activities and prepare weekly expense reports
� Compile event timeline and production schedule, confirming vendor installation and strike services and contractual requirements.
� Conduct market research, gather information, and present findings.
� Day-of on-site assistance with timeline management, coordination of vendors and staff, and facilitation of client requests.
� Create and post social media content to outlets
� Assist with design and update of existing company website

� Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends (i.e. event day)

Schedule:

� Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
� Weekend availability
