2022 Summer Internship Program
Location: San Ramon, CA
Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Temporary (10-weeks), Internship
Program Duration: June to August

Lindquist LLP offers a unique summer internship program for accounting students to gain hands-on public accounting industry audit experience.
Our summer internship program is based out of our San Ramon office. Interns work as contributing members of our audit teams with a goal of expanding the understanding of the public accounting profession while providing the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional environment. Interns are exposed to a variety of clients and engagements while working alongside professionals at all levels. At the end of 10 weeks, our interns have gained actual auditing experience and training as they take the next step towards a career in the accounting profession.

Types of development and experiences:
� Develop an understanding of the audit process (Planning, Fieldwork, Quality Control).
� Auditing transactions and documenting results.
� Exposure to not-for-profit annual filings.
� Performing research projects, tax return assembly and audit file maintenance.
� Develop an understanding of paperless document storage
� Be part of a great team to support our client engagements.
� Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills.
� Experience the Lindquist �No Stuffed Shirt� culture by working closely with members of the firm from Staff to Partner.

Qualifications include:
� Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master�s, or Certificate Program in one of the following: Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
� Final graduation date between December 2022 and May 2023.
� Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter units required for CA CPA licensure by graduation.
� Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of
reliable modes of transportation to those locations.
� Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills.
� Experience with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
� Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
� A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
