Service Clinician
Pieces of Wisdom, LLC is an established private practice in Brooklyn, NY. I am looking for a motivated, talented, and responsible fee-for-service therapist that wants to learn and grow as a clinician.
Requirements: Fully Licensed LMSW or LCSW with malpractice insurance and an active NPI and CAQH. Must have three (1) years of experience in mental health to be considered for the position. Must be willing to commit to (1) year of clinical work to be considered as it will take some time to build a full caseload.
Qualifications for Telehealth Clinician:
� Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
� At least 1 year of related clinical experience
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� Demonstrated critical thinking skills
� Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
� Experience in quality management preferred
� Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Therapy Notes, Google Docs
Job Description
� Provide compassionate clinical treatment and conduct initial assessments
� Complete collaborative/concurrent documentation
� Manage caseload in a busy treatment setting that uses centralized scheduling
� Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with the service recipient
� Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment that respond to serious mental illness, trauma, primary healthcare needs, and criminal justice involvement
� Provide culturally competent services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, developmental status, criminal justice status, sexuality, age, and gender.
� Complete other related duties
� Participate in trainings as required to continue to grow professionally
� Work well with others using a team approach
� Respond in a receptive and professional manner to supervision and corrective feedback.
Schedule: Remote: Minimum of 15 clients per week.
Salary: $30-50 per session depending on experience and caseload
Orientation: Psychodynamic orientation with some experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
Job Type: Contract; 1099 Employee
Pay: From $30.00 - $50 per session
