Alignment Therapist
Egoscue of Reno is looking for someone with an authentic desire to connect with people, help them become pain free, and attain functional mobility. Our mission is to change and positively impact people�s lives. The Egoscue Method is the world�s most effective therapy for chronic pain relief. Musculoskeletal pain- the type that comes from bones, joints, muscles, and nerves - affect more than 50 percent of the U.S population and is the leading cause of global disability. Despite all the advances of modern medicine, this issue has been steadily growing for the last several decades.
We are looking for therapists to work forty hours a week in a clinic setting with high standards for professionalism and personal conduct. We are open to discuss part-time. This is a paying on-the-job training and certification opportunity. This involves 3-4 months of online education and in-person instruction.
Job Description:
*Connecting with all clients that walk in the door.
*Use our state of the art E-Pete software to assess clients underlying dysfunction that�s leading to their pain and/or immobility. Be able to input present issues, explain, educate, and measure the client�s progress and make the necessary changes.
*Generate and demonstrate a series of exercises with E-Pete that will put the body back into alignment. Teaching clients how to use the E-Pete App.
*Be efficient with the Mindbody software to schedule appointments and enter payments.
*Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
*Explain the various options for packages necessary to reach their goal and comfortable discussing costs.
*Help lead in workshops and group training sessions.
*Go outside the clinic and connect with the community, professionals and businesses.
*Keep clinic clean and organized.
*Other duties as assigned.

Our hope is that our therapists can create life-long careers at Egoscue as a therapist, clinic director, or even a clinic owner. We are offering a base training salary of 35,000.00 a year. After the training, the base salary will go up to 40,000.00 with bonuses on profits and medical benefits after one year. Part-time salary will be determined by presenting circumstance.
