JOB DUTIES AND DESCRIPTIONS -
We deliver on the promise of quality, communication throughout the projects, updates, materials ordering, coordinating of materials deliveries, coordinating start dates between customers and trades
CRM checks and logs daily
Transfer customer orders, updates, and vendor information to CRM
Phone and communication skills all taught with ongoing coaching and support - follow up calls, referral calls, lead calls, cold calls, and email marketing
Daily social media management
Record, compare daily activity, and results
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Combine daily data into weekly and monthly charts - activity logs
Communicate to the customer throughout the process from the order, education, each step through the process, to their scheduled delivery window, post-sell follow up call, asking for their feedback and review.
Improve weekly
Logistics - planning materials delivery, efficiency, coordinate and communicate deliveries, manage customer expectations
Weekly team call (Day of the week TBD)
Project Management - compile customer feedback along with creative thinking to work with the team to manage service, product, and quality improvements along with new product and service development projects
Write and post weekly blogs on personal growth, development, success stories, & how to topics
