We are seeking a full time Women�s Health Physical Therapist

This role reports to: Owner and/or Clinic Leader

Purpose of the role:
Enhance the patient experience after their arrival by providing outstanding service. This will continue through their entire patient life cycle to help maintain their relationship with our family and cultivate their influence on their friends and family to encourage referrals.

Key Accountabilities: (Key duties + desired outcomes)
? Perform all duties as a women�s health physical therapist including initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes and discharge notes. As well, this includes documentation of all communication with those involved with a patient's care and responsibilities of maintaining state continuing education requirements
? Assist with content creation for all social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website) as well as create custom plans/routines for your patients and online clients through the NEW Smith PT+RA app
? Participate in monthly Employee Reflection Meetings with your clinic leader/company owner to make sure all your personal and professional goals are being met
? Participate in community activities such as races, educational events, social outings
? Support all Smith PT + RA team members to foster a work family atmosphere to help everyone reach full potential (this may mean you have to help answer phones or laundry, organize team events, or have the occasional celebratory cocktail/mocktail when good things happen to each other

Qualifications:
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school, current licensure in the state of IL, CPR/AED certified, certification in women�s health preferred but willing to assist with any certifications

Skills:

� Able to demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
� Able to follow rules and guidelines as defined by management
� Some experience in outpatient physical therapy and use of social media for marketing
