We are looking to fill a Warehouse/Inventory Control Clerk Position in San Marcos. This candidate will have knowledge of warehouse management systems & spreadsheet applications along with basic computer & software skills. We are looking for someone who is quickly adaptable with excellent communications skills and a high level of organization. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse with the ability to stay organized with constant rotation of large amounts of inventory.

Responsibilities:
• Apply all Shipping requirements including the inspection of box quality, safety, appropriate packing &
correct application of shipping labels.
• Pick large number of orders per day using the company process & equipment.
• Safely moving & organizing pallets using a forklift
• Maintain & update inventory records.
• Back up office staff and duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, bins, and product.
• Receives, inspects & controls materials.
• Coordinates the annual physical inventory count.
• Tools used may include tape measure, chop saw, router, drill, radial arm saw, plate cutter.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years inventory and warehouse experience
• Forklift and pallet jack experience, certification preferred.
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand the complete cycle of inventory flow process.
• Ability to pick up new processes quickly.
• Basic computer & software skills in Excel and Word.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Experience with order fulfillment, inventory, packing, shipping & receiving, tracking shipments,
loading/unloading.

This is a part-time or full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 pm.
