The Be Green Carpet Cleaning call center is the main headquarters where our business manages incoming and outgoing customer service inquires from all over the nation. Our customers expect a friendly and helpful attitude when booking their next appointment or responding to an issue in the field. As a customer service team member you will learn to use our custom CRM software and how to best apply sales techniques. The call center essentially handles all customer interactions and takes care of the administrative side of the carpet cleaning business. You will be a friendly link between the customers and the carpet cleaning service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In-Office work schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
- Vonage phone system operation.
- Responding to SMS, Email, Web Chat, Social Media, and Phone Calls with urgency and professionalism
- Booking carpet cleaning service appointments and assigning them to the service providers.
- Responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls from residential carpet cleaning customers
- Effectively and patiently listens to questions / concerns provided to them and responds in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for researching issues in order to respond appropriately and accurately to related question
- Establishing rapport and showing empathy with customers, making them feel valued
- Assisting customers with professionalism while following measurable business goals
- Effectively using internal resources (e.g. computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships) to arrive at the right solution for the client
- Taking initiative for acquiring the expertise and knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues
- Representing "Be Green's Voice" to our customers
- Meeting inbound & outbound call & booking quotas

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Work, Microsoft excel, Email, Typing,
Professional vocabulary & communication skills
Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, verbal and written communication, time management
