Telemarketer
Discount PC is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Outbound Telemarketer to support our B2B sales team. This will be a full-time, entry-level sales support role emphasizing customer relationship-building in the technology space.
The responsibilities would include calling businesses to establish new relationships, verifying contact information, and updating our CRM for our sales team for future technology hardware purchases.
Qualified Candidates will have:
Ability to complete 75+ outbound calls daily by using an assigned list.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines for communicating with potential clients.
Ability to accurately enter all information into CRM.
Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in order to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
Customer Service / Telephone sales experience preferred.
