Long Beach Tax Office serving 18 states and 5 countries since 2001 needs strong individual to mange informal, but hectic, 5-person office. Experienced Tax Preparer preferred but not required. Candidate should be willing to become a Registered Tax Preparer (60hr online course). We will train train/tutor to insure passing. 3+ years� experience in an office environment and bookkeeping is required. Applicant must possess an attention to detail, outstanding customer service, great phone and people skills. They will interface closely with a broad range of clients that represent all facets of the Long Beach Community.

As Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all tax returns are successfully e-filed, rejects corrected, extensions filed, payments logged and balanced, staff scheduled, filing, returns mailed, copies provided to clients (both digital and paper) and supplies ordered. You will also be responsible for keeping software up to date and data entry. All staff members are cross trained to take ownership and management of all office responsibilities to insure that the office is always at 100 percent. Ability to operate in a face paced environment is important. You will mentored in the field of tax preparation to become a CTEC registered tax preparer capable of handling many different kinds of clients and returns.
