JPM Advanced Manufacturing is a CNC machine shop looking for a Support Specialist to perform a variety of front office and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include processing incoming documentation for orders and quotes with high accuracy, maintaining files and records, directing customer queries, and working with management in day-to-day operations of the business. To be successful in this role, you should be a quick-learner, have solid computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel and have the ability to master a complex database, follow established processes, and have excellent written and verbal communication. Your above average attention to detail and follow-through are crucial. Ultimately, your performance effects critical pieces of the business and our relationships with customers and suppliers.

Full-time position (M-F from 8-4:30pm). However, may consider part-time employment for the right candidate.
