JOB SUMMARY:
The Store Supervisor works under the direction of the Store Manager to maintain efficient store operations. Furthers the organization commitment to achieving triple bottom line results: integrating social, economic and environmental goals into thinking, planning and action.� Responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized and safe store. �The Store Operations Supervisor creates a positive employee and customer experience by modeling Goodwill�s mission and citizenship behaviors at all times.�
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:�
Ensures best-in-class customer and employee experience
Successfully performs supervisory functions that pertain to the daily activities of our store and donation center
Oversees the training and safety of teammates
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude in order to be a great teammate and role model
6 months of Goodwill retail store experience or 1+ year of prior retail store supervisory experience
Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Computer literacy to support job duties
High school diploma, GED, HiSET or equivalent
Criminal background check that meets agency standards
Valid Driver�s License with a safe driving record and insurance meeting agency standards
Medium Work � Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
Ability to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop to handle product.
