Requirements:
Possess the ability to work independently as well as play an intricate role on our team.
Possess the ability to diagnose, repair and prevent problems in a wide variety of applications
A working knowledge of multiple trades, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, wall coverings, tile, concrete, light plumbing etc. to solve maintenance problems
Knowledge of building codes; one or more trades such as electrical and plumbing, safety and Osha certifications and working knowledge of leading Safety meetings
Valid driver's license with good driving history.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Provided a company vehicle and tools, the superintendent travels to site locations and oversees the project schedule, supervises staff and subcontractors on site, permits and inspections, and documents all activity on the job.
Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided
Submit time sheets, expense reports and purchase logs
Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks
Create positive interaction with the client, provide and generate customer satisfaction.
Maintain timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams.
Daily Progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
Quality control.
Coaching and facilitating communication between subcontractors, design teams, owner and workforce to overcome challenges and ensure job functions are completed.
Maintaining the project schedule.
Following company procedures for all change orders, documentation, notifications, and revisions.

Essential Duties:
Administrative support to the project management team.
Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs.
Subcontract / Purchase Order distribution and tracking.
Compliance documentation and tracking.
Closeout documentation.
Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews in all activities concerned with the civil works aspects of the project. Ability to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and timely completion of the work.
Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
Competent in reading and Understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentations.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow method statements and procedures.
Must be a good communicator with the ability to give instructions in an efficient and effective way to workforce, staff, and customers.
Commands respect of personal work, workforce and staff work, and develops excellent working relationships.
Familiar with all Company safety and QA/QC procedures, regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under their responsibility.
Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, and materials. Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials, and tools. Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices, and idleness.

Qualifications / skills required:
Bachelor’s degree in field.
Minimum 10 years experience in construction.
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience as a Superintendent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Good Knowledge of Google Platforms; Docs, Sheets, Meets, Gmail
Possesses organizational skills and is detail oriented
Demonstrates history of excellent customer service.
Demonstrates leadership integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect and self-discipline.
Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and potential for growth.
Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper finishing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Ensure all requirements as specified by plans and manufacturer systems and fixtures are met.
Understanding and utilizing carpentry techniques and methods of installation in construction.
Proficient and accurate in using manual equipment and measurement tools.
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing and running equipment, and surroundings.
Must be able to physically supervise all working areas of a construction site, including but not limited physical ability to climb a ladder and other working equipment as needed.
