You will get to work with TOP quality ingredients, everything is prepared with care, from scratch. You will not find any deep-friers or microwave ovens here, we take pride in using time-honoured cooking techniques where everything is prepared fresh to order.

We have a fantastic kitchen team that loves what they do and it shows in the quality of the food that we produce.

We are looking for the right person to work directly with Chef Alessandro Migliuolo to help lead our already fantastic kitchen team. You will learn how to cook inside a 900° wood-fired oven, and traditional Italian cooking without cutting corners.
