Radix Solar from South Carolina, Texas, Utah, California, Arizona.. and now North Carolina as our newest State is here! Nicky Z (with over 5yrs. experience in solar) is seeking a highly-motivated candidate to join our solar consulting team in delivering on our mission. Radix Solar is one of the fastest-growing residential solar providers in the Nation partnered with local solar installers to ensure the fastest install time which means faster paychecks for you... each Wednesday is paydays!
Ideal candidates are determined, resourceful, and looking to represent two top industry leaders. Our fast-growing sales divisions offer both entry-level and experienced positions, all have lateral growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Represent us professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
Meet or exceed individual and team measures
Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills each Tuesday
Qualifications for the Solar Sales Representative:
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Coachable and self-motivated
Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
Exceptional critical thinking skills
Able to perform with minimal supervision by being resourceful
Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
Applicants must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
Experience not necessary, in any of the following industries is preferred:
Perks:
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses. All simple to track and paid out each Wednesday
Clear path for career growth & leadership by tracking lead + lag measures
Local and company-wide sales competitions with high-end prizes
Partnered with some of the largest solar companies in the nation, handling all operations, meaning less back-end work for us with a 25 yr. roof warranty
