The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities:

As the Site EHS Representative, you spend your time supporting the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport project jobsite with a focus that will ensure personnel compliance with IPC Lydon, OSHA, and other appropriate regulatory Environmental, Health & Safety requirements. We seek an individual who can communicate, interact, and become an important member of the IPC Lydon team.

� Assist, as needed, PM/Foreman/Supervisor with jobsite hazard assessment & mitigation plans
� Perform jobsite inspections to include daily/weekly walk throughs and monitor corrective actions
� Perform and document monthly safety equipment inspections
� Assist, as needed, in jobsite new hire safety orientation procedures
� Assist, as needed, jobsite supervision with jobsite specific required training
� Perform, as needed, daily/weekly/monthly safety meeting on various subjects
� Assist, as needed, in completing and submitting daily/weekly/monthly safety documents
� Develop and/or co-ordinate 3rd party vendor safety support on jobsites
� Coach/assist, as needed, jobsite supervision on safe work activity
� Remain current with OSHA, State, and other regulatory requirements for safe work activity
� Attend, as needed, safety walk throughs and meetings with other site contractors or GC
� Assist as directed with accident/near miss investigations
� Maintain weekly accountability log/reports of job activities
� Must be able to work flexible work hours to include nights or split shift as needed for project schedule
� Must have valid drivers license and clean driver record
� Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk distances and work in multiple temperatures
� Must be able to pass intensive background check for Airport SIDA badge

The Site EHS Representative position is a direct report to the IPC Lydon Safety Program Manager and accountable to Jobsite Project Manager whose jobsite is being supported.

Your Credentials & Desirable Qualifications:

� OSHA 30
� First Aid / CPR certified
� Respiratory Protection
� Fall Protection
� Lockout & Tagout
� MEWP Supervisor Trained
� NFPA Hot Work Certification

Education and Experience:

� Associates or bachelor�s degree in Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management or closely related field to include military safety experience (preferred)
� High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required.
� 3+ years of accumulated experience in construction safety *
� Experience in conducting safety briefing/training
� Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
� Ability to use and understand cloud-based app software
� Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Office, Procore preferred
