Compensation (100% commission): $60,000 +
Requirements
• Must have a valid Real Estate license or working towards it (employer willing to sponsor) and be extremely enthusiastic about the industry
• Must be willing to work varied hours during the week, almost 100% on the weekends and at times available within 2 hours’ notice for scheduling
• Must have reliable, independent transportation and willing to spend a lot of time driving
• Driven, motivated, desires professional growth and welcomes feedback and direction
• Highly emotionally intelligent with natural people instincts and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
• Coordinate appointments and show listing properties to prospective buyers and buyer agents, show properties for buyer clients and provide detailed feedback
• Assist with appointments necessary to facilitate closings and prepare listings such as home inspections, appraisal appointments, smoke certificate inspections, setting up signs, lock boxes etc.
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
