Qualifications:
Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred but we will train the right person who is willing to learn and is motivated to succeed!
The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is a requirement!
Responsibilities:
This role serves as the central communication point between customers and technicians. You will be expected to discuss and educate customers on vehicle needs. This can vary from something simple like an oil change to a complete engine or transmission replacement.
