Server's Assistant
Elsewhere Brewing is seeking a Server Assistant to start immediately. We are a brewery that values great service and food/beer. Located at The Beacon in Grant Park, we have a spacious heated patio and a comfortable inside seating area.
The job will require the Server's Assistant to help pre-set tables for a meal, clear dirty/empty plates and glassware, and running food to the correct table and seat. You will be responsible for making sure that the food is properly presented and knowing each menu item inside and out. You will occasionally help the bartender keep up with glassware, run drinks, and help maintain a tidy dining room.
Qualifications:
-At least one year experience in this job setting
-Punctual
-Have an interest in learning more about seasonal food and craft beer
-Quick paced
-Proactive
-Weekday and weekend availability. Weekend availability is a must.
