Camino Alto is a new, independently owned, neighborhood restaurant offering an elegant full service dinner experience. We're proud and humbled by everyone whose making a buzz about us. This means we're growing and are looking for people who love to make people feel good and who want to work at a restaurant that follows it's own course to improve the food system.
We're looking for an impressively kind person to join our small but mighty team. The position is for evenings (part and full time positions both being considered). This role is central to our brand. We tell our story through our food, ambiance and service. We expect servers to care about the details, be organized, respectful and thoughtful to those they work with and serve, and to understand and embrace our ethos. We're not into oversharing but we do love to support curiosity. We're proud of where our food, people and design comes from and love it when people ask. The position must be committed to learn about our food and wine program and what's behind our choices for what we serve. Most importantly, we're looking for an individual who wants to show up for work because they believe they can make a small difference in the wellbeing of those who decide to come to Camino Alto to dine.
We're out to create a community. Let's do a few things impeccably, and amaze a small audience, which become ambassadors of our brand. Our standards for food quality and service are remarkable because we believe this is a worthwhile endeavor that requires an uncommon skillset and disposition.
