Coco Wood Grill is a Modern American Cuisine concept that caters to foodies in a fun, family-oriented, casual atmosphere. This concept was developed through our passion and love for food and social entertaining. We aim to provide the community with a full-service neighborhood restaurant that takes traditional family recipes plus our many years of catering, restaurant ownership, hotel, and club management and putting a twist on the food we created and served that has made our friends, family, and customers happy for 25+ years.

Responsibilities:

Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
Assures resident/guest is satisfied with their meals.
Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests.
Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance and readiness.
Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Provides support to the servers in the day to day operations of the dining room.
Assists with orientation and training of new food servers.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
Other duties as assigned.
