We are a family owned Home care, Palliative and Hospice agency. We have been in the Valley since 2002. We are growing agency that has the utmost respect for our team members and their choices. We are seeking a dedicated professional wanting to join us in our journey as we work together in providing care for those in need.

This position would be working in our Scottsdale office Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:00p. Knowing our business runs 24/7/365 you will also be a part of our scheduling team that rotates to help with after hours and weekend calls (paid). The ideal candidate will have caregiving, CNA or medical office experience. They must also have excellent phone communication skills and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

*Answering phones with a friendly attitude, checking email and phone messages on a routine basis to support: Clients, Family of clients, Caregivers, Team members. Written and verbal communication are priorities. Excellent phone skills a must.

* Maintaining a consistent schedule for our clients and updating any needs to our caregiving team.

* Assist team with hiring caregivers. This includes searching for candidates, meeting them in office, assisting them with all the new hire process and sending with schedule for shifts.

*Assist finance manager by coordinating caregiver time sheets to assigned schedule to ensure timely payments.

* A Requirement of this role is to participate in our On-Call. We rotate as a team on the days of the month. This work is done from home after hours (same work as done during day). Estimate time can take up to one hour per day on weekdays, up to three hours per day on weekends. Done from home with provided work phone.
