Window Guardians is revolutionizing the home window industry. We’re adjusting to advanced technologies, developing better methods of service, and always adapting to new and better techniques. Our mission is to create a new higher standard for our customers' expectations by adapting to the fast changing customer markets in construction. The goal is to create a memorable experience that our competition is NOT doing by providing customer service that is beyond exceptional.
We are looking for highly motivated, charismatic, sales driven individuals to sell our company products and services. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you. The company is looking for a salesman to cater and manage our inside leads through our advertising channels. All leads given to salesmen are homeowners that are ready and willing to pay for home renovation projects, meaning you will be getting actual leads that call our company in need of new windows and doors. Your job is to point and manage your leads in the right direction from start to finish and most importantly providing tremendous value and assistance for each and everyone one of your customers. This means constant communication on the phone, email, virtual meetings and driving in person to the customers house scoping out projects and presenting our products. Experience in the industry is strongly desirable but not necessary. Hours are flexible and the job is partially remote. Lastly, If you are looking for a sales position where there is no limit to your income potential - THIS IS IT! We will give you all of the support and training you will need to be successful for the first 4 weeks.
Your only focus has to be on your career. We only ask you to learn our primary product lines, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what you offer.

Primary job responsibilities include:
Driving to customers home for interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to decision makers
Participation in ongoing sales training `
Ongoing strategic presentation development
Providing proposals, literature and samples to customers
Constant Communication with lead & customers
Generating sales from leads given by Window Guardians

Qualifications:
Home Service experience preferred
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity and resolve
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Naturally relational and articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
Previous sales experience preferred
Previous experience having employment at a construction company preferred
BA/BS preferred

Salary and Benefits:
$60,000-150,000 average first-year compensation / 80% commission - 20% Salary
