Job Description
Communicate with Customers via phone, email
Process orders in a fast paced environment
Help customers with quotes, order status and tracking.
Work with customers to resolve order issues
Provide internal support to outside sales department
Work with suppliers to generate product ideas for customers
Other clerical duties
Qualifications
HS Diploma, or 2 Year Certificate
Detail Oriented, capable meeting deadlines
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel,
Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Customer service skills
