JOB SUMMARY:
Hilton Head Solar has been the leader of the solar revolution in SC and GA for the past 8 years. We are seeking commercial/residential Outside Sales Consultants to join our experienced team. We specialize in high-end roofing, solar, and battery backup for residential and commercial applications. Currently we are experiencing explosive growth within the southeast, so we are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding sales team. We are 1 of 27 certified Tesla Solar Roof installers in the country.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Residential and commercial sales in SC and GA
Ability to create own geographic footprint
Track all leads in our Database Management System
Extensive Training will be provided
Uncapped Commission
Basic database management knowledge (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
High energy, professional presence and appearance
Very comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Detailed Oriented
Highly Organized
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Multi-task is a Must

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills and IT Fluency
Sales experience preferred but not required
Have a basic understanding of sale techniques
Ability to manage complex projects
Must have the ability to foster relationships
Excellent organization skills
Prior solar sales experience (preferred)
Know the common elements, and components of sales.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance
Handle uncertainty with quick, critical thinking skills
Must have a personal drive to reach above quota
Must be a self-starter and self-sufficient
Proficient in Microsoft suite is a must
