Sales Representative at e.terra Kitchen; $50k base salary plus commission

e.terra is a flexible commercial kitchen with 2 locations based in Harlem NY, expanding its footprint in NYC Metro and beyond. Our mission is to provide production, storage, event, film/photo shoot space, and retail marketplace, as well as a full suite of support services for a variety of food production needs, for startups to enterprise-size food companies.

e.terra is looking to strengthen and grow its sales team as we expand our facility footprint. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process of identifying, targeting food businesses, and working with our Community Manager to onboard new members into our 2 Harlem and upcoming Upper East Side location. As we expand beyond NYC into new markets, you will contribute to generating and executing on sales pipelines in those regions as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the e.terra CEO, Director of Marketing and Community Manager to create and manage sales processes, including formulating and tracking strategic objectives
Own the end-to-end sales process for food businesses, including:
Identify high-quality member targets and lead outbound sales
Manage pipeline of new opportunities
Handle initial member communications
Coordinate Member onboarding and Customer Success with the Community Manager
Creating, maintaining and updating internal customer CRM database
Drive revenue based on company-wide goals and track against P&L as a sales leader
Support all social media strategy initiatives as set by the Director of Marketing,

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in either B2B or B2C sales
On-site position
Excellent communication skills and highly responsive, with the ability to strategically lead client-facing conversations
Diligent, focused on detail and have the ability to execute efficiently
Work well both independently and in a team environment
Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building, writing, and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
Motivated, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
Quick learner with enthusiasm for picking up new projects
Professional business presence and acumen
Commitment to excellent customer service (internal and external)
Strong ability to multi-task with a results-oriented mindset, can operate under pressure,
Experience in CRM platforms preferred
