Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable being on the phone all day, building rapport on each call, and closing sales. A successful Sales Representative has an unlimited earning potential. No experience necessary. Bilingual is a plus.

Job Duties

Take 20-30 inbound calls each day generated through marketing leads.
Make 40 outbound calls a day to follow up on marketing leads.
Develop a bond, rapport, and trust with all customers during the sales process.
Answer inquiries from mailers and the internet for customers with questions about coverage.
Always work to put the customer first.

Fast Learner: Absorbs all information given during training and grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently. The ability to take constructive feedback from one call and apply those new ideas and practices on future calls.
Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pm

Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm

Shifts:

Employees will work varying 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday during the hours of operation AND will work a 4-hour shift during the hours of operation some Saturdays.
