Job Description:

As an Acquisition Sales Manager for Township Properties, your job is to be the final point of contact for all possible clients (you will be working with qualified leads) and confirm that Township and the client are a fit to work together. This means, you will determine if our home buying services can be helpful to the homeowner, and confirm there is a mutually acceptable price to purchase their home. On the call, you will take the client through our process with the goal of making an offer for their property and executing a contract over the phone. If the client is a fit for our service but you are unable to execute a contract with them, then you will be responsible for following up with the client further building the relationship, until one day, they do become a client. You are the final point of contact for us to possible clients, so it is vital to have strong communication skills, aggressive follow up, and the ability to overcome any objections presented by the client.
