The Sales Development Representative (SDR) performs outbound sales prospecting to generate and qualify new leads. By utilizing various methods and messaging for prospect outreach the SDR will manage and maintain a lead pipeline. The SDR will also collaborate with Sales team colleagues to inform and refine customer acquisition opportunities.

Enscicon works a hybrid model of 2-days in the office, 3-days work from home. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission, 401k match, 85% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(K), 3-weeks PTO plus a flexible schedule with every 3rd Friday off (17 more days!).

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
