Job Description

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

Enthusiastically hunt for new business opportunities
Prospecting and cold calling key decision makers to set appointments and acquire new business
Qualify, research and prioritize sales leads
Manage all activity in client CRMs including creating new accounts, assigning category of business, tracking opportunities, to ensure efficient account management & follow-up
Consistently achieve qualified new business activity each month
Be a positive representative of our clients and their brand in the marketplace
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
Prior sales development/inside sales experience ideally with previous B2B technology services or software sales experience
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture (capable of making 50+ targeted outbound calls a day)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively & independently
High energy and positive attitude
Self-starting attitude with strong ability to take initiative
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)j
Ideally located in Chicago - we are presently remote with plans to return to our downtown office space when the environment is appropriately safe
