Sales Consultant
Bowers Heating and Cooling, Inc. is adding/creating/developing a new sales team. We are seeking members who are motivated, outgoing and have a passion for Sales and HVAC.

Responsibilities Include:
• Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
• Submit orders based on price lists and product demands
• Maintaining communication with the company and customers
• Negotiating with clients, following up/Accountability
• Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
• Expanding professional and technical knowledge
• Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Perform simple math calculations and have an understanding of processes and equations used to create reports
• Previous experience with HVAC systems preferred but not required
• Providing and excellent customer experience
• Working with office and field staff to meet customer’s needs
• Highly organized with exceptional execution
• Negotiation skills, with task-oriented mindset
• Goal driven, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass criminal background check
• Proficient with technology
