About the Position Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting a Territory Manager in selling an extensive range of premium orthopedics products to leading healthcare professionals. You will provide first class support, guidance, and education in the OR environment, sharing your extensive knowledge and ultimately improving patient outcomes. Our focus is on customer service and patient care. The day-to-day of the job requires flexibility, helping other team members, and ample time in the car.

Our Sales Associates are expected to be highly entrepreneurial in spirit, organized in practice and articulate and crisp in appearance and presentation. We interact daily with our surgeons, keeping them apprised of new technology and techniques. Ours is a surgical environment - our team is comfortable working with demanding professionals at an extremely fast pace. Because of this environment, flexibility is key: your day's agenda can get scrapped in a phone call and you must be able to adapt on the fly. If our surgeons are in surgery using our products, we're there no matter the weather or the day of the week. When we are not in surgery helping our surgeons and their staff, we are keeping a highly organized inventory and monitoring equipment pickups and drop-offs to different surgery centers.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and articulate. This is a technically focused role, and a track record of excellent achievements and relationship-building skills are essential. In addition, you will have great communication and presentation skills.
