We are looking for a Showroom Sales Support to join our growing team.

We operate eight branch locations and seven showrooms throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

Function: The Showroom Support Team Consultant is to work closely with the sales and management teams to support driving the daily needs of the business by implementing the PDI Premium Client Service standards. The Showroom Support Team Consultant achieves this by providing support to the internal and external customers, with all aspects of the sales process, by performing administrative, operational, and organizational tasks to maximize the customer experience.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.

Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.

Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Position Requirements:

Preferred 1-2 years� experience in a customer service/sales position, preferably in the soft line, home improvement, or hospitality Industry.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be results-oriented.

The candidate is also self-developing and approachable, and an individual who values teamwork and collaboration.

Candidate must have strong computer knowledge and skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or DOS system software.

In addition, they must have the ability to learn the PDI business and operating system.

Required to have the ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed by the Showrooms.
